HUMAN RESOURCES PLANNING IN SANUR BEACH HOTEL
(Room Divison Case Study)
Hotel of Sanur Beach is one of peripatetic industrial company in tourism service which have location on Danau Tamblingan Street PO BOX 3279 Denpasar 80032 Bali. Problem that happened at company is excess sum up the effect of employees (1st) use technology which can assist the employees performance to be more effective and efficient, (2nd) Economic and international politic changes where influencing level of tourist visit and mount the room dwelling at Room Division in Sanur Beach Hotel.
Research target is to know the requirement of employees of Room Division at Sanur Beach Hotel, from facet of quality and amount, and also to know according to existing employees quality with required for the year of 2011. Population in this research are employees at Room Division amount to 208 employees and for the sampel of in this research amount to 62 employees which distribution by proporsional with the employees amount in every section.
Forecasting mount the dwelling of period room come can be searched by using trend linear, trend parabola and trend exponential, where will be obtained by standard deviation of each forecasting result. Sum up the smallest standard deviation weared by the forecasting base of because having smallest deviation level and come near the fact. The forecasting weared by trend linear methode because lowest standard deviation with the level of room dwelling equal to 86.470 unit in 2011. After analysed by hence job analysis, workload analysis and analyse the labour requirement as real as, got a result that is sum up the employees of Room Division required to fulfill goals mount the dwelling of year room 2011 as much 191 employee. From quality facet, employees of Room Division needed so that can work in Hotel of Sanur Beach is man and woman, with the age 20-30 year and minimum grade of Tourism Diploma. From facet according to between position conditions, employees condition as real as have as according to position conditions.
According to solution result and conclude, expected that company can determine the its employees amount pursuant to existing work load, and also partake to reckon the level of absence and existing employees rotation. Company expected to pay attention to the occupation conditions which must be fulfilled by employees of Room Division, especially from facet of skill and creatifity in working, so that employees quality wanted obtainable. Employees excess can be overcome by giving best policy like early pension and amputation worktime.
